The hotel is situated in the heart of a colonial zone, which made it very convenient for my weekend stay. the room was clean and the AC worked perfectly well, which was great considering the high temperatures outside. the balcony provided a nice view of the city.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Although it was included in the reservation, it did not match the traditional dish that was advertised.

The hotel was perfectly located, right in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from the oldest cathedral in the Americas and Parque Colon, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. the rooms were beautifully decorated with exposed brick and luxurious linens, providing a classy and comfortable atmosphere. the bathrooms were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained facilities. the staff provided excellent customer service, even going the extra mile to help with technical issues like restarting the internet router.
The breakfast didn't meet our expectations as it was supposed to include a traditional Dominican breakfast but instead only offered eggs and toast.

The hotel had a great New Year's celebration with live music and fireworks, which made for a memorable experience. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony that offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The location of the hotel was really convenient for exploring the city's colonial zone, with plenty of historic sights and shops within walking distance.
The breakfast buffet was a disappointment with limited options and some of the items were not fresh. The staff could use some training in customer service skills, as they seemed disorganized and not very attentive to guests' needs.
